The villa is situated on a small,
exclusive
new development near the superb beaches and dunes of Guardamar and is ideally suited
for families to enjoy a relaxing break under the Mediterranean sun. It is approximately
30 minutes drive from Alicante Airport, transfers can be arranged
at a small extra
cost.

It shares a pool with the other villas in this small community and is approached
through a gated road. All bedrooms and the lounge/dining room are air-conditioned.
The property is a short walk from a nature reserve and salt lake, which provides
a unique microclimate. This has led it to be designated one of the healthiest places
to live, and boasts 330 days of sunshine each year.
There is a short 5-minute drive to the sandy beach
where there are two beach side
cafes open in the full season. There are two water parks in the area, a large one
in Torrevieja and a smaller one in Quesada. Local shops and services will be available
from Spring 2006 until then the town of Quseada is but a 5-minute drive away and
contains shops, banks, doctors and dentists, as well as many bars and restaurants. |

The local towns of Torrevieja, Guardamar and Rojales are a short drive away and
provide more choice as well as excellent markets and bowling alley in Torrevieja.
SCUBA diving and windsailing are available on the local beaches, and there is small
marina in Guardamar. |
